If you’ve ever walked into a ProWay meeting, BBQ, or random Tuesday afternoon in the shop and immediately heard a loud laugh followed by someone yelling “Well, that’s just Butch being Butch,” then you already know the man we’re celebrating today. Twenty years ago, Butch walked through the doors of ProWay. Since that day, and 4 children later, he’s been the unofficial Minister of Good Times and the guy you call when something critical breaks and you need it fixed yesterday. He’s the one who can turn a brutal deadline into a comedy roast, keep the whole crew laughing while somehow still hitting every target, and then quietly stay late to double-check everyone else’s work because “somebody’s gotta keep you lot out of trouble.” Two decades of showing up, cracking wise, solving problems, and making this place feel like family.
